i'm still adding stuff to this first draft, as soon as i get all my game plans down, i'll start working on the 2nd draft
Federation history:
The galactic federation attempts to clean up the last the space pirate and Metroid threat. For long periods of time the federation would over look some known space pirate bases. The space pirates set up a mobile Metroid lab that would systematically occupy the overlook bases. As the space pirate threat was diminishing, there Metroid technology was increasing, eventually unleashing a Metroid plunge through the galaxy. The galactic federation sent samus aran on a mission to find a weapon described in chozo lore as "white flash". Chozo lore says the white flash could wipe any specific species from existence, and the galactic federation saw this as the only way to save the galaxy. Known as the white event in federation history, citizens from every world at the same time experienced a white flash. After the event all Metroids were gone, and there was nothing left of samus aran except a hollow morph ball.
500 years later SA tech (Samus Aran Technology) could be adapted to any user. Each SA user would experience different forms of suit failure, and every user would fail to bring the chozo bean weapon online. 1300 years after the white event the boundary between life and bio-machine was defined. 1500 years after the white event bio-plastics and bio-carbons succeed Chozo and SA tech. 1800 years after, Bio tech and SA tech are combined.1858 years after the death of Samus Aran, exploration of the universe is presumed complete. The universe is surrounded by and infinite black void that chills explores to the bone. They fear that if they jump too far they could get lost in black nothingness.
3 year before present day, 2383 years after the event. New warp engines are created to explore the next frontier. With the ability to jump great distances and retrace their steps explorers no longer fear the great unknown. New solders are created to aid the explorers, with bio-engineering combined with SA tech, these new solders almost preform as good as samus in the field. Known as a STTU (Samus Tech Tactical unit)
Chozo History:
The first year the Chozo mastered space flight a war broke out. A control hungry tribe of the Chozo known as the -[Unnamed]- feared losing their grip on the Chozo domain as it expanded beyond the sky. In the 2nd year of the war Chozo scientist unleash a weapon targeted at a specific genetic trait in the -[Unnamed]-. Unfortunately in their haste they over looked that the specific gene used, had developed from a gene that exist in most Chozo and nearly destroyed the Chozo race in the proses. The event was known as the white flash, and erased from history, its secret kept only by the oldest of Chozo elders.
-[Unnamed]- History:
Some fortunate -[Unnamed]- experienced the white flash event in there jettison escape pods. After the blinding event some -[Unnamed]- awoke in there escape pods on the surface of an uninhabited wasteland. Surviving -[Unnamed]- dug into the ground for refuge, were they built there cities and farming domes. Eventually there technology arose to the point they could terraform there world and return to the sky. The sky -[Unnamed]- and the underground -[Unnamed]- inevitably divided and begin too feud. Controlling the sky and above The Sky -[Unnamed]- had access to a debris belt made up of material that was in a five foot radius of the victims of the white flash. The sky -[Unnamed]- used technologies found to create a massive device known as the starlight core, capable of blocking out the sun and allowing them too control what type of light come in and goes were. They used the starlight core too freeze the ground and win the war. 600 years later a rebel faction of ground -[Unnamed]- belt a massive force field down the center of the planet. The force field blocks weather from combining on both sides of the planet, and allowed them control of how the planet spins. Peace was made now that both tribes had the ability to destroy the planet with a push of a button. After they peace is made they begin to use their weapons to create new life forms by controlling there environment. Each new environment created suitable living conditions for a class of species, and each class was labeled alpha, Bata, exe... until echo. The discovery of plant life and an insect like creature that could use spores to shift its reflected light out of phase.
38 years into Echo research a great flash occurred, just like the white flash every -[Unnamed]- experienced a flash of blackness. The elders of the sky tribe thinking this was a similar event sent ships to explore a nearby ring of space debris left over from the white flash event. Fearing the sky -[Unnamed]- would obtain a new weapon the ground tribe elders declared a treaty too combined the controls of the planet and lock them in a vault that would require 6 keys to open. Each tribe received 3 keys to protect, all 6 keys were hidden threw out the planet too protect the vault from being opened until agreed upon an environmental shift.Amongst the space debris Sky -[Unnamed]- found the remains of Metroids. Three of the Metroid they found, had coded junk DNA left by the Chozo. The sky -[Unnamed]- decoded the DNA and learned how to create Motherbrain, and control the Metroids. The first mother brain was created in a controlled environment and tried to use bio-mechanical Metroids to take over the labs on the starlight core. With 0% success the MB was destroyed, and then the Echo Controlled MB was created. Forced to shift rapidly threw light phases MB never gets a grasp on reality nor has the desire to become more then a computer controlling Metroids.
Then the Echo massacre began. The sky -[Unnamed]- used alpha class bio-plastics in combination with echo class Phase shifting technology to create an invisible army too destroy the ground tribe elders. Overnight thousands of -[Unnamed]- died, the ground -[Unnamed]- submerged there cave cities under water. The ground -[Unnamed]- can at any point flood a tunnel or building to expose invisible attacker. For the first time in -[Unnamed]- new world history, the battle field shifted to the sky. The sky -[Unnamed]- tribe fled to the starlight core leaving Metroid technology behind. After failed attempts to manually shut down the starlight core, the sky -[Unnamed]- left there star system in search of a new planet. The remaining ground -[Unnamed]- took control of five of six vault keys and took control of the remains of the sky city.For 2 thousand years the -[Unnamed]- fought over the five keys in three phases of the light spectrum, least of which was the normal phase.
The New Frontier:
The first arrival’s threw the dark void named each galaxy and assigned each planet and star a number. The third habitable world found in the scan was Cyrelius 337 which was oddly close to Cyrelius 336. Cyrelius 337 was close enough to Cyrelius 336 too be a moon, but didn't orbit the planet. The Galactic federation immediately sent a team to scan the planet and found remains of what looks like the runes of a Chozo civilization. The planet

18 months have gone by and the Cyrelius 337 out post is 3 weeks late with their monthly report. STTU-Scarlet is sent alone and doesn't report back at the proper time. Life sines are present in STTU-Scarlet so the Galactic Federation sends a team of Special Forces with STTU-Juka to find and information on the whereabouts of missing personal and the missing STTU.
