It's not easy to use, and the read me is insanely long, but if someone out there can make something good with it, then post it here. It'd be pretty awesome.

I been trying it out. It is a little difficult to use since the map viewer/editor and that you have to cycle through all the tabs in the room editor till you find the right index and palette combination. When you do however, level editing is pretty easy. Kinda reminds me of smile for Super Metroid.
